The reinforcement mesh production line (wire diameter from Ø 3.5mm to Ø12mm) is composed and integrated by the following plants:

DH series is made up of wire reel, longitude alignment, spot welding machine, mesh cutting machine, mesh accept reel. It could weld cold roll reinforcing steel bar, steel wire, stainless steel wire of φ2-φ12. Hydraulic pressure transmission, PLC control, operation convenient. When welding, you can give pressure one time, electrify or give pressure one time, electrify three times. All the process goes automatically, we can supply different design according different need. HL series are mechanical, transducer motor control the electric, servo motor control the pulling, SIEMENS PLC.
